Vendor Verification and Processing: Upon submission of a vendor profile, the Company shall conduct a verification process to ensure compliance with internal standards and security protocols. The Company reserves a period of seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days to complete this review. The vendor’s profile will be made publicly visible on the platform only after successful verification has been confirmed.

Booking Requirements: To ensure service availability and adequate preparation, users are encouraged to finalize bookings with vendors at least five (5) to ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled event date. Requests made outside of this recommended lead time may be subject to vendor availability and are not guaranteed by the Platform.

Execution of Agreement: To finalize a booking, the User must sign the required Service Agreement during the checkout process. Failure to execute this agreement within seven (7) calendar days of the initial request will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking. Any booking for which a signed agreement has not been received shall be deemed invalid and unenforceable by the Platform.

Mandatory Completion of Agreement: The formal execution of the Service Agreement is a mandatory prerequisite for all subsequent stages of the booking and service delivery process. No further processing, coordination, or resource allocation will commence until a valid agreement has been signed by the User. The Platform reserves the right to withhold all services and vendor access pending the completion of this requirement.

Payment Schedule: All payments must be remitted in full accordance with the specific timelines and deadlines stipulated within the signed Service Agreement. Failure to adhere to the designated payment schedule may result in a breach of contract, potential service suspension, or the assessment of late fees as outlined in the individual agreement terms.

Professional Conduct and Prohibited Behavior: All Clients are strictly required to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with Vendors. The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of harassment, verbal or physical abuse, or misappropriation of Vendor resources. Any reported instance of misconduct or unethical behavior shall be deemed a material breach of these Terms.


​Enforcement and Legal Recourse: In the event of confirmed misbehavior, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the Client’s access to the Platform and cancel any active bookings without a refund. Furthermore, the Company reserves the express right to initiate formal legal proceedings or cooperate with law enforcement to address such violations and seek appropriate damages.

Data Delivery and Service Obligations: Vendors are strictly obligated to deliver all client-related data, deliverables, and service outputs as specified in the agreed-upon project scope and timeline. Failure to provide such data or the intentional withholding of deliverables constitutes a material breach of the Vendor Agreement.


Legal Recourse and Liability: In the event of non-delivery or failure to fulfill data obligations, the Company and the affected Client reserve the express right to pursue formal legal action against the Vendor. The Vendor shall be held liable for any direct or consequential damages, losses, or legal costs incurred by the Company or the Client resulting from such a default.
